  • Which ticket is the Overwatch ticket?

    All tickets will grant access to the Overwatch Contenders tournament. You just need to get inside!

  • What's the minimum age for the event?

    This event is legally restricted to persons 15 years and over, unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian of 18 years or older exercising parental control. Proof of age may be requested.

  • Where do I pick up my tickets?

    If you chose to pick up your ticket rather than receive a digital ticket, you can do so at the box office near the main entrance.

  • Do tickets have a fixed seat?

    All GA tickets are open seating. Premium tickets have fixed seats in Level 1. Global Elite tickets are open seating in a reserved area on the floor of the arena. Both Premium and Global Elite ticket holders may also sit in the GA sections if they want to.

  • How do I upgrade my ticket?

    If you'd like to upgrade your ticket, or have general ticket enquiries, you can get in touch with Ticketek at @Ticketek_AU or by phone on 13 28 49. The ticket upgrade process involves purchasing the upgraded ticket and refunding your current one.

  • What can I bring into the arena?

    Please visit the Qudos Bank Arena website here for all prohibited items including bag sizes, cameras and more!

  • Where is the closest parking?

  • What will I need to get into IEM Sydney?

    Your physical ticket as well as a photo ID to prove your age. If you are under 15, you will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • How do I sign up as a volunteer?

  • Where is the Overwatch Contenders being played?

    It's played inside the main arena on the opposite side of where the IEM CS:GO tournament is being played.

  • Signing Sessions?

    Signing sessions occur each day - for your chance to get your gear signed by your favourite team, make sure you get in line early! Signing sessions last 45 minutes and are restricted to the first 200 patrons! There will be sessions held exclusively for Premium and Global Elite ticket holders as well. Information on when your favourite team will be doing their signing session will be released closer to the event.

  • Where do I pick up my official event goodie bag?

    If you have purchased a ticket which comes with a bag you will receive a goodie bag retrieval token in the mail with your event tickets, or in the bundle of tickets you receive at box office if you select that option. Follow instructions at the venue for where to trade this token for your goodie bag!

  • What comes with the Goodie Bag?

    More details will be announced soon on the contents of the goodie bags. Goodie bags are only included in our Weekend Premium and Global Elite ticket types and contain exclusive IEM Sydney 2019 merchandise, not for sale to the general public.

  • What options are there for food and drinks?

    Qudos Bank Arena will have hospitality stations throughout the venue which will sell both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages along with food options. Those who purchase Global Elite tickets will have a food and drinks package included in their ticket price.

  • Is there accessibility for those with mobility impairments?

    Qudos Bank Arena offers access for visually and mobility impaired guests. There will be an easily accessible wheelchair viewing area.

  • Is there a cloakroom I can leave my bag at?

    Yes, there is a cloakroom near the front provided by Qudos Bank Arena.

  • What about the losing teams from group stages? Can I still see them?

    There will be other opportunities to see some of your favorite players, including signing sessions throughout the weekend, and more fun CS:GO related activities on the main stage!
