This November, the Oracle Arena will play host not only to the twelve team IEM Oakland lineup, but also the best women’s CS:GO teams in the world. Team Secret, who were signed after winning the Intel Challenge at IEM Katowice 2016, and CLG Red, who fell to them in the grand finals, will face each other once more. The winner will earn $10,000 to be donated to a charity of their choice.
The match will play out on the newly updated Inferno, showcasing the map for the first time in competitive play since its debut. With just under a month to prepare strategies and executes for the map, teams will be pushed to optimize their game plan for the best-of-one, played live on stage Saturday, November 19 at the Oracle Arena.
With the match now happening on home soil for CLG Red, it’s time for the team to prove themselves against Team Secret. They’ll be facing a team with some serious firepower (just ask cadiaN), but will have the home ground advantage and won’t have to adjust to a time change. Tune in on Saturday, November 19 or watch the event live at the Oracle Arena to find out who takes the victory!
The winning team may choose to donate their winnings to either Able Gamers, Online SOS, or Extra Life, three charities dedicated to improving the world through positive online and gaming communities.

"We are looking forward to participate in the match against CLG Red at such an amazing event. It's going to be the first time the whole team will travel to the USA to play and watch professional Counter-Strike. The showmatch will be played on the new de_inferno. We haven't practiced it as a team yet, but all of us have already played it in pugs and we are pretty satisfied with the update. The cooperation between AnyKey and IEM is another good step toward the popularization of the female scene. We are grateful for such an opportunity and are looking forward to a great game. See you at banana!" - Ksenia “Vilga” Klyuenkova

“CLG Red is incredibly excited to be playing at the AnyKey Invitational Oakland! The last time we faced Team Secret at the Intel Challenge Katowice, we didn't perform to our expectations. We're more prepared this time and can't wait for this rematch. Thank you to AnyKey, Intel, and ESL for the opportunity to showcase female esports at IEM Oakland!” - Jane Wie, Manager of CLG Red
